The Yoder Smokers Insulating Thermal Jacket ensures efficiency in freezing temperatures, wind, sleet, or snow. Its five-layer thermal construction minimizes heat loss in cold weather, reducing pellet consumption. Designed to insulate the cooking chamber, it's ideal for smoking at 300°F and below. For higher temperatures, we recommend removing the three-piece jacket, as it’s specifically engineered for low-temperature smoking.
