The Yoder Smokers Cast Iron Griddle is pre-seasoned and designed for versatility, featuring a smooth side for eggs, pancakes, and grilled cheese, while the ridged side locks in juices for meats and veggies. Simply remove your grill grates, place the griddle, and start cooking! Crafted from heavy-duty cast iron, it ensures optimal heat retention and even heating. Designed to fit the YS480 and YS640 with lower grates removed, it can also be used on any grill with grates in place. Measuring 19.75” x 15.5” x 0.75”, it's ready to use—just heat, wipe down, and cook!
