The Yoder Smokers YS640S Pellet Grill redefines versatility with industry-leading direct grilling capabilities. Mounted on a fully powder-coated competition cart, it offers 150 pounds of built-in storage, a heavy-duty weather-resistant drawer, wire shelves, and 8” flat-free casters for effortless mobility. Crafted from 10-gauge steel with a 14-gauge steel hopper, this American-made grill is built to last a lifetime.
Equipped with the Adaptive Control System (ACS) and Fireboard’s cloud connectivity, the YS640S provides precise temperature control from anywhere. From searing at 700°F to low-and-slow smoking at 250°F, it handles it all. Features like a ceramic igniter, two-piece diffuser, and mobile app integration make it the ultimate workhorse, backed by a 10-year cooking chamber warranty.
